  • 1 point puff pastry, approx. 270 g each
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 10 Nuremberg grilled sausages
  • 8 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly fat for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Place the puff pastry in a cake tin, pull it up on the sides to the top and pierce a few holes with a fork. Put the dough in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan with salt and pepper. Use little or no fat. In the meantime, dice the feta and peppers. Whisk the eggs with the milk and spices. Add the feta and peppers to the egg mixture.
  3. After the 10 minutes, take the dough out again and press it down with a tea towel if a dome has formed. Place the minced meat on the dough, then spread the egg with the feta cheese and the bell pepper over it.
  4. Put the minced meat cake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, fry the sausages and place them on top of the cake as a decoration after baking.
  5. The men`s cake is perfect for a birthday. A little tip: let the cake stand for an hour. It tastes better when cooled.
