Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ bars dark chocolate
- 4 cl rum, (at least 5%)

- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down well. Stir frequently or cover with cling film to prevent skin from forming.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until very stiff and grate the chocolate.
- After cooling, stir the rum (amount to taste) and the chocolate (keep something for decoration) into the pudding.
- Finally fold in the cream and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
