Ingredients

  • 1 kg leek, (cut into rings
  • 1 kg vegetable onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 liters broth
  • 125 g bacon, lean, diced
  • 250 ml tomato ketchup
  • 0.5 ½ bottle chili sauce
  • 1 glass mango chutney
  • 5 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • salt
  • Sambal Oelek
  • cinnamon
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the leek, onions, bacon and mince and then deglaze with the stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes, add the ketchup, mango chutney, garlic and the chili sauce, bring to the boil again.
  2. Stir in the sweet and sour cream and season with the spices mentioned above.
  3. You can serve it with baguette or flatbread!
