- 1 large papaya, beautiful and ripe
- 1 chilli pepper (s), medium hot
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
- 1 lemon (s)

- Clean the pineapple and papaya, cut into bite-sized pieces and mix. Clean and finely chop the chilli pepper, wash and chop the parsley. Squeeze the lemon and mix with the chilli pepper and parsley to a sauce, salt and mix with the fruit.
