Mexican Snack or Nachos Chips

A very common Mexican snack, Nachos chips are served in bars with beer or just for a snack. Usually, for Nachos, the recipe requires corn chips (in Russia they are sold, I bought myself), but you can replace them with crackers or regular chips.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 box of corn chips (or any other)
- 1 bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 3 stalks of green onions (finely chopped)
- 0.5 tin of pitted olives (chopped)
- 200 g cheese (grate)
Directions
- Arrange on a plate in layers: chips, onions, peppers, tomatoes, olives, grated cheese, then again chips, onions, peppers, tomatoes, olives, grated cheese.
- In 5 min. microwave for 2-3 minutes before serving or until cheese is melted.
- Serve the nachos chips with sour cream.
