  • 4 thick potatoes, waxy
  • 0.3 kg bell pepper (s), cut into rings
  • 2 small chilli peppers (jalapenos)
  • 30 g cheese, rated
  • 1 small clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into wafer-thin slices, place on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic, then let rest for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the peppers and jalapenos into rings and place on the potato slices. Sprinkle everything with cheese. Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
