Ingredients
- 2 kg pork
- 1 kg pepper (s), mixed
- 1 kg peas and carrots from the freezer
- 1 kg onion (s)
- 2 bottles ketchup
- Spice mixture, (Chinese spice)
- salt and pepper
- Curry powder
- possibly cayenne pepper
- oil

- Cut the meat, peppers and onions into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Add the onions and let both brown.
- Bring the peas, carrots and peppers to a boil in a large saucepan with water. After about 10 minutes, pour off the water, add the meat, onions and the ketchup. Season to taste with the spices.
- Simmer everything nice and firm to the bite. Add the cayenne pepper if you like.
- Cool the salad and let it steep for a day.
