  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), medium hot
  • 1 lime (s), including the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Coriander greens or parsley

Instructions

  1. Skin, core and dice tomatoes. Finely chop the onions and mix with the tomatoes, finely chop the chilli. Add lime juice and season. Roughly chop the coriander and finally mix it with the salsa (sauce).
  2. Goes best with tacos or tortillas.
