Ingredients

  • 1 green pepper (s), diced
  • 2 onion (s), cut into strips
  • 1 glass mushrooms, poured off
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 250 ml sauce (gypsy sauce)
  • 0.38 liters meat broth
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a hot pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Add the red pepper, green pepper, mushrooms, and onion strips, then sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the meat broth, gypsy sauce, and sweet cream.
  4. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
