Ingredients
- 500 g minced beef
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 large onion (s), finely chopped
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 1 dl cream, (double cream)
- 2 tablespoon curry
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 0.5 dl ½ white wine

- Put the meat in a bowl, add the soy sauce and garlic, mix well and let it steep for about 10-20 minutes.
- Heat the butter in a high frying pan and sauté the onions, add the minced meat and stir-fry a little. Add the curry powder and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the white wine and add the peas. Cover everything and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the double cream, season with salt and pepper and cook again for a few minutes, uncovered.
- Rice goes best with it.
