Stew with Minced Beef

I cooked it myself and didn’t expect it to turn out so tasty.

Servings: 10

Ingredients

  • Ground beef – 500 grams
  • Potatoes – 1 Kilogram
  • Carrots – 2 Pieces
  • Onions – 2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 50 Milliliters
  • Tomato sauce or pasta – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Broth or water – 400 Milliliters
  • Salt, pepper, spices – To taste

Directions

  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  4. Fry the onions in a skillet.
  5. Add carrots. We fry everything together for 3 minutes.
  6. Add minced meat. Simmer all together for 5 minutes.
  7. Add water (broth) and spices to taste.
  8. Simmer for 10 minutes. Now add the tomato sauce.
  9. Add chopped potatoes. Stir. Add water if necessary. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add fluid if necessary.
  10. Stew with minced meat is ready. Serve it hot.
