Ingredients

  • 2 roll (s), from the day before
  • 3 small bell peppers, red, green and yellow
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 ½ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 packet mozzarella
  • 300 g tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
  2. Soak the rolls in cold water. Wash, clean and finely dice the peppers. Peel and finely chop the onions. Mix the minced meat, bell peppers, onions, the squeezed rolls and the eggs together well. Season to taste with the spices and then spread the minced meat dough on the oven pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Drain and dab the mozzarella and cut into slices.
  4. Take the minced meat cake out of the oven 10 minutes before the end of cooking, cover with the tomato and mozzarella slices and finish baking.
  5. Baguette and a salad go well with this.
  6. The minced meat cake is also well suited for celebrations.
