Minced Meatloaf with Smoked Brisket

Minced meatloaf is a cold appetizer. An excellent alternative to sausages. It is simple to prepare, it turns out delicious.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Smoked-boiled pork brisket – 200 g
  • White loaf – 0.5 pcs.
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Salt with spices – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander – 0.5 teaspoon

For filling:

  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions

  1. Add milk to the loaf, mash, add to the minced meat. Mix well. The loaf can be twisted in a meat grinder along with minced meat. Add spices, stir until smooth.
  2. Cut the brisket (bacon, ponder) lengthwise into thin pieces. It is better to do this in a supermarket when shopping. Arrange the sliced ​​brisket in 2 layers, one overlapping the other.
  3. Put the minced meat on top in an even layer, 1 cm thick. I make one roll with cheese. Cut the cheese into long, narrow pieces and wrap it in a roll.
  4. I make the second roll with mushrooms and herbs. Chop and fry the mushrooms for the filling, pepper, and salt. Finely chop the greens. Put the mushroom filling on the minced meat and wrap it in a roll.
  5. Transfer the meatloaf with cheese and meatloaf with mushrooms and herbs to the mold. Pour half a glass of water into the mold. Bake minced meat rolls in the oven at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Take ready-made meat rolls with filling from the oven, cool, and send to the refrigerator for 2 hours. The minced meat roll is ready.
