Ingredients

  • 400 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 roll, stale
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat, for frying

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 pickled cucumber (s)
  • 125 ml broth
  • 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • sugar
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare a savory minced dough from the minced meat, the soaked, squeezed bun, chopped onions, eggs, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Shape steaks and fry in hot fat, then keep warm.
  2. In the meantime, cut the onions into rings, the mushrooms in slices and the cucumber into fine strips. First sauté the onions in the frying stock, then add the mushrooms. Mix with the broth and crème fraîche or sour cream, reduce a little. Season with mustard and spices, finally stir in the pickles. Arrange the sauce and mince together.
  3. Cooked noodles go best with it.
