Classic Steak

Beef steak is a classic recipe and a favorite of meat eaters.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Beef tenderloin – 500 g
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25-0.5 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare food according to a classic steak recipe.
  2. Cut the tenderloin into portions 2-3 cm thick.
  3. Fight off slightly.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  6. Place the steaks in a frying pan with heated oil and fry on both sides until the desired degree of readiness is desired. At home, usually fry for 2-3 minutes over high heat, first on one side.
  7. And then another couple of minutes on the other side. The classic steak is ready.
  8. When serving, pour the meat juice formed during frying on the steak.
