- 4 tablespoon liqueur (coconut liqueur)
- 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 grams sugar
- 3 cup / s mocha or strong coffee

- Beat the scraped out vanilla pulp with the egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan until frothy. Add the mocha and coconut liqueur and keep beating on low heat until the foam rises.
- Dip the edges of the glass in coconut liqueur and then in desiccated coconut. Pour in the punch and serve hot.
