Process the first 7 ingredients with the hand mixer (mixer) into a loose dough.
Now switch on the fat pot or the deep fryer and heat it to the highest level (unfortunately I cannot specify the level for the deep fryer).
Then gradually stir in the flour and let the dough `rest` for a few minutes until the pan is hot enough. To check this, you can do the test with the handle of a wooden spoon.
Now slide the dough into the hot fat with the help of a spoon (size as desired). So that the dough does not stick to the spoon, dip it into the fat over and over again before putting in a new cap. It is now sufficient to bake the hats over medium heat. Place the finished hats on a plate lined with kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
If I use a tablespoon for the dough as usual, a recipe gives me around 15 pieces. I usually do the small version with the TL for the carnival parade to nibble in between or also good for small children`s hands.
Even if you are too lazy to make these hats, then just eat them or decorate them to your liking. Cook: 45 minutes Servings: 1 Ingredients Butter – 240 g Powdered sugar – 120 g Chicken egg – 1 pc Wheat flour / Flour – 250 g Almond flour – 200 g Baking powd...
