Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkin (se) (bishop`s hat)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 tomato (s), dried, pickled in oil
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • some tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Cut a lid off the pumpkin, remove the seeds and place in the oven at 200 ° C for about 1 hour until the pumpkin flesh is soft.
  2. In the meantime, fry the minced meat until crumbly, add the diced onion and garlic and fry everything well. Season with the spices, stir in the processed cheese, diced tomatoes and tomato paste until the cheese has melted and then add the cream.
  3. Take the pumpkin out of the oven and fill it with the minced meat mixture, sprinkle the grated cheese on it, put it in the oven again for about 15 minutes until the cheese has melted.
