Ingredients

  • 500 g pork oulash
  • 3 large tomato (s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 750 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili
  • 4 tablespoon sauce thickener or flour
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork goulash into bite-sized pieces (if it is still too big from the butcher) and season with salt and pepper. Fry well in hot oil. Cut the onions into large pieces, quarter and add the tomatoes, continue to fry. Fry the meat until there is no more juice left. Add the tomato paste and toast briefly.
  2. Add 750 ml of water, bring to the boil and simmer on a low level for 15 minutes. Thicken with sauce thickener or flour and simmer for another 15 minutes. Finally, season the whole thing with salt, pepper and chilli. Serve with pasta or potatoes.
