Ingredients
- 8 tomato (s), (normal size)
- 250 g mozzarella
- 4 teaspoons pesto (basil)
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground

- Wash tomatoes and cut off the lid. Core the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the mozzarella into approx. 1 cm cubes, mix with the pesto, pour the mixture into the tomatoes, put the tomato lid back on. Wrap the tomatoes in aluminum foil.
- Prepared in this way, bake on the grill for approx. 10 minutes or in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 10 minutes, ideally tzatziki and baguette bread.
