- 1 kg potato (s), small
- 2 packs cream cheese, 00 g each
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 scoops mozzarella, 15 g each

- Cook the potatoes with their skins in boiling water until cooked. Then peel them and place them side by side in a suitable baking dish. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped spring onions and the crushed garlic clove, season with salt and pepper. Then cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Spread the cream cheese and mozzarella on the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
