Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 small Head lettuce, your choice
- 1 handful lamb`s lettuce
- 1 handful cherry tomato (s)
- 1 handful strawberries
- 2 scoops mozzarella, approx. 15 g each
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 handful pine nuts
For the dressing:
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon, leveled mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- 1 splash water

- Wash both salads, the strawberries and the tomatoes. Halve the strawberries and tomatoes. Cut the onion into fine rings and the mozzarella balls into small pieces.
- To serve, drape the two salads on two large plates and spread the tomatoes along the edge. Then distribute the mozzarella, strawberries, onion rings and pine nuts in the middle.
- For the balsamic dressing, put about 100 ml of sunflower oil in a small bowl. One after the other, add a dash of balsamic vinegar, mustard, a pinch of salt, about 2 pinches of pepper and a splash of water and mix. Then pour the dressing over both salads.
