- 2 cans pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1 bottle Blue Curacao
- 1 liter ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
- 2 bottles dry sparkling wine

- Prepare the pineapple pieces with juice and Blue Curacao the evening before, this gives the fruits a beautiful light blue color. Before serving, add the chilled sparkling wine and cut off the ice cream with a spoon and place on it.
