Muffins with Red Currant

This muffin recipe will help you in just 45 minutes to prepare amazing, delicate, airy muffins with which you can delight your loved ones. And the red currant filling will add an unusual zest to the taste – piquant sourness. Muffins are very easy to prepare and inexpensive.

Ingredients
- Red currant – 200 g
- Butter (softened) – 100 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Sour cream – 50 g
- Wheat flour – 150 g
- Baking powder – 0.5 sachet
- Vanillin – to taste
- Vegetable oil – for lubricating molds
Directions
- Beat the softened butter with sugar.
- Then add the eggs one at a time, add the sour cream and beat the mixture thoroughly.
- Combine the sifted flour with vanilla and baking powder.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder and vanilla to the mixture. Beat for 5 minutes.
- Lubricate the muffin molds with vegetable oil.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of dough into the prepared forms, then put 8-10 currant berries each and 1 teaspoon of dough on top.
- We will bake muffins with currants in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
