Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 150 g chocolate flakes, dark
  • 125 ml wine (mulled wine)

For the glaze:

  • 10 tablespoon wine (mulled wine)
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 125 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over and fold in. Finally add the chocolate and mulled wine. Mix everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (hot air 160 ° C) for approx. 25 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. For the glaze, stir in the powdered sugar and mulled wine until smooth, so that the pastry plate is brushed with the almonds. Let it dry and then cut it into triangles.
