Mushroom Appetizer “A La Julienne”

by Editorial Staff

Of course, the original mushroom julienne is prepared somewhat differently, but we have simplified the preparation of this dish as much as possible. And yet this hot appetizer turns out to be very tasty, with a rich creamy mushroom taste and an appetizing cheese crust.

Mushroom Appetizer “A La Julienne” Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms (I just cut the medium-sized mushrooms into four parts). Chop the onion finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  2. We send chopped onions to the oil and fry it until golden brown (or transparent, if desired).
  3. Add chopped mushrooms to the onion. Fry the mushrooms until tender, about 10 minutes. Pour in sour cream. Simmer mushrooms in sour cream for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Put the mushrooms in a baking dish, sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top. We send it to an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees until a golden crust appears on the cheese.

Bon Appetit! Please yourself and your loved ones!
