If you decide to surprise your guests with a variety of snacks, you can make chic chicken and mushroom tartlets. Thanks to the milk-sour cream sauce, the appetizer will be juicy and tender. It is perfect for a New Year’s table. Julienne in tartlets is a convenient and appetizing performance.

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander (seeds) – 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.

Ground black pepper – to taste
From the specified amount of ingredients, 5-8 tartlets are obtained. My version uses large sand tartlets. If they are small, more tartlets can be filled with the filling.
Put the chicken fillet in a saucepan with water, add bay leaf, coriander, salt, and ground pepper to taste. Cook fillets for 25 minutes. (Putting chicken in boiling water will make it juicier.)
Remove the finished fillet from the broth and cool. Cut chicken meat into small pieces or simply take it apart into fibers.
Rinse the champignons and dry them (if the mushrooms are clean enough, you can simply wipe them off with a damp kitchen towel). Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
Warm up the frying pan, grease with vegetable oil. Put mushrooms in a pan, fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken to the mushrooms and fry together for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour in portions and mix thoroughly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Pour milk into a saucepan in a thin stream, actively stirring the mixture until thickened, 2-3 minutes.
After a while, the sauce will thicken.
Add sour cream to the saucepan.
Stir the sauce and heat for another 1 minute. Add some salt and ground pepper. Mix. Set aside the prepared sauce.
Grate cheese on a fine grater. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Fill the tartlets with chicken and mushrooms.
On top of the filling, pour 2 tablespoon into each tartlet. spoons of sauce. The more sauce, the tastier the snack will be.
Sprinkle the chicken and mushroom tartlets with cheese shavings.
Put the stuffed tartlets on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove the ready-made julienne in tartlets from the oven and serve immediately.
It turned out very appetizing and incredibly tasty!
