Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (mussels)
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 6 pickled cucumber (s)
- 5 tablespoon cucumber liquid
- 1 can corn kernels, 425 ml
- 5 sausages, Viennese
- 1 bunch chives
- 150 g salad cream
- 300 g yourt
- 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and allow to cool.
- Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Cut the cucumber into slices. Drain the corn. Cut the sausages into oblique slices. Mix everything with the pasta in a large bowl.
- Mix together the salad cream, yoghurt and cucumber stock. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mustard and sugar. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the yogurt sauce.
- It is best to let the pasta salad stand for a day. Season again with salt, pepper, cucumber stock and sugar. Wash and finely chop the chives and stir in.
