Ingredients

  • 5 vineyard peach (s), (flat peaches), approx. 30 g
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon, to taste
  • 50 grams flour
  • 75 g suar, brown
  • 50 g butter, cold
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts, optionally chopped almonds
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Brew the peaches in boiling water for approx. 2 - 3 minutes, quench, peel off the skin and cut the fruit into smaller pieces.
  2. Put the peach pieces in a suitable ovenproof dish and mix with the white sugar and cinnamon. Mix the flour, brown sugar and salt in a bowl. Work in the butter, cut into pieces, until you get fine crumble. Distribute these evenly over the peaches and sprinkle the pine nuts over them.
  3. Bake the peaches for 30-40 minutes until they are encrusted with a golden yellow color.
