- 1 cauliflower
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 2 packs bacon
- 1 kg potato (s)
- some butter

- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower (leave the head whole) and rinse. Cook for 10 minutes in salted water and place in a baking dish or on a baking sheet.
- Knead the minced meat, diced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and coat the cauliflower with it. Now top everything with the breakfast bacon. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and spread them around the cauliflower. Cover everything with a few flakes of butter. Pour in some water and bake at 150 ° C (convection) for 45 minutes.
- Serve with a light sauce.
