Ingredients

  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 40 g powdered suar
  • 6 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ whipped cream
  • 250 g vanilla croissants
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto
  • 150 g jam (orane jam)
  • 2 tablespoon amaretto

Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the oranges. Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold in.
  2. Drizzle the vanilla crescents with amaretto. Line the bottom of a bowl (about 2 liters) with half the amount of vanilla crescents. Cover this layer with half the amount of orange fillets.
  3. Mix the orange jam with the amaretto and coat the fillets with half the amount. Spread half the amount of mascarpone cream on top and smooth it out. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
  4. They taste best when you let them steep for 2 days. Briefly turn the bowl into hot water and onto a plate.
