- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- sugar
- salt

- Peel the cucumber and slice it. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt, stir and let steep for 1 hour. The cucumbers become soft and soak in water.
- Now squeeze out the cucumber well and pour away the cucumber water. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Season well with salt, sugar and vinegar and let steep again for at least 1 hour. Possibly season again.
- Tip: instead of parsley, it also tastes delicious with dill.
