Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg beef soup meat
- water
- 1 jar cucumber (s) (salt and dill cucumber)
- 1 bunch soup greens
- potato (s)
- 100 ml sweet cream
- dill
- salt and pepper

- Cover the soup meat in a large saucepan with water and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours. Remove the meat and strain the broth.
- Dice the potatoes and cook in the broth. Grate the salt and dill cucumber, grate the celery and carrots from the soup greens and add everything to the soup. Add a little cucumber water to taste, season with salt and pepper.
- Remove some of the soup and add the cream. Mix everything into the soup. Add the dill to taste.
