Ingredients
For the salad:
- 1 piece (s) honeydew melon (s), pitted, peeled, diced
- 1 piece (s) ginger, the size a thumb, grated
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 6 peppermint leaves, chopped
Also: for the yogurt
- 1 kg natural yoghurt
- 4 packs vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar

- Mix the ingredients for the melon salad and pour into a large glass bowl.
- Mix the ingredients for the yoghurt and spread over the melon salad. Don`t stir! Cool for at least 1 hour.
