No baked Cheesecake with Fruit

Fruit cheesecake, what could be tastier? This dessert is prepared absolutely without baking, only being in the refrigerator and acquiring the necessary condition, try it!

Ingredients

  • Cookies 200 gram
  • Butter 100 Grams
  • Curd 400 Grams
  • Cream 200 Milliliters
  • Sugar 150 Gram
  • Gelatin 40 Gram
  • Water 100 Milliliters
  • Canned peaches 450 Gram
  • Tropical fruits 450 Gram
  • canned

Directions

  1. Pour 20 g of gelatin with 100 ml of cold boiled water, leave to swell for 30 minutes.
  2. Pour the other 20 grams of gelatin with 100 ml of canned fruit syrup, also leave to swell for half an hour.
  3. Crumble the cookies and mix with melted butter until smooth.
  4. Thoroughly tamp the dough into a mold covered with baking paper.
  5. Using a mixer, beat the sugar, cream, and vanilla sugar until soft peaks, and then add the curd. Stir until smooth
  6. Boil the swollen gelatin filled with water, then cool and mix it with the curd mass.
  7. Now fill the cookie form with cottage cheese cream and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. After an hour, spread the peach slices in a circle.
  9. We put canned tropical fruits in the center.
  10. Boil the gelatin with syrup, cool and pour over the cheesecake, then send the dessert to the refrigerator for 3 hours to solidify completely.
