Ingredients
- 750 g douh (bread douh)
- 1 kg onion (s)
- 500 g ham, diced
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ pepper
- 5 tablespoon flour, heaped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 100 ml oil
- 1 tablespoon herbs, dried
- breadcrumbs
- Margarine for the tray

- Peel and chop the onions. Put the oil with the cut onions and ham in a saucepan and sweat well. Mix in the pepper, paprika, flour, herbs and sour cream.
- Brush the tray with margarine and spread the bread dough on top. Apply the onion mixture to the bread dough. Then sprinkle the whole thing with breadcrumbs as desired and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 ° C.
