Ingredients

  • 100 g suar

  • 1 glass currant jelly

For covering:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 400 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 10 tablespoon water, you have to try approx

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Knead the ingredients for the dough quickly and roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the dough with the currant jelly.
  3. For the nut mixture, heat the butter in a saucepan, stir in the sugar and nuts and dilute with water to a spreadable mixture. Spread the nut mixture on the jelly with a cake server or a palette.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 - 35 minutes.
