Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 500 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 packs baking powder
  • 1 apple

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the whisk, mix in the quark and grated apple. Add the oatmeal, baking powder and salt and knead everything into a dough.
  2. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Pour in the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
  3. Delicious variations can be achieved by adding
  4. - a handful of crushed walnuts,
  5. - sun-dried tomatoes and basil or
  6. - Chopped dates or figs for a sweet variant.
