Ingredients

  • 1 kg onion (s)
  • 1 can tomato (s), (pizza tomatoes with chilli)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, hot pink
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, Turkish, or granulated broth
  • 1 dash rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the onions, cut in half and cut lengthways into 4 to 8 parts (depending on size). Fry the onions well in hot oil in a large pan, add the tomato pieces, season with the specified spices and finish cooking with the lid closed and reduced heat (just as you want it, firm to the bite or soft). Just before the end, stir in the tomato paste to bind.
