  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 300 g kale, fresh or frozen, cut into small pieces
  • 1 banana (s), peeled
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 ice cubes, optional

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen ingredients in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut all ingredients into small pieces, put them in the blender and chop them up. Add water and run through again. Add a few ice cubes if necessary.
  3. Drink immediately after preparation!
