- Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing any white skins. Now cut the fruit crosswise into slices. Cut into the dates, remove the stone and cut the pulp into small pieces.
- Divide the orange slices on 4 dessert plates and pour the date pieces over them. Sprinkle with mallow leaves and then serve garnished with lemon balm.
