Ingredients

  • 1 bunch oregano
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 clove (s) garlic (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs and cut into small pieces. Cut the chilli into rings, peel and dice the garlic. Pour all ingredients into a tall container with salt and olive oil and puree. To taste.
  2. The pesto can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 7 days and tastes wonderful with pasta.
  3. You can also use it for tomato sauces and when it is nicely wrapped it is also a nice souvenir.
