- 900 g potato (s)
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 50 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons oregano

- Peel the potatoes, cut into eighths and place in a large ovenproof dish. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil and water. Scatter the chopped garlic cloves, oregano, salt and pepper on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the top shelf without a lid for about an hour until the potatoes are crispy brown. Move it from time to time during baking, add some water if necessary.
