Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • oregano
  • salt
  • Paprika powder, hot pink

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel the garlic, cut into slices and fry in the oil. Add the paprika strips and cook for about three minutes. Season with oregano and salt.
  2. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Scald tomatoes, peel, core and dice.
  3. Add the potato slices to the paprika strips and fry them briefly. Add the tomato cubes. Season with paprika powder and salt.
  4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Dice the cheese, clean and wash the spring onions and cut into rings.
  5. Sprinkle over the vegetables and serve.
