- 7 tomato (s)
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 teaspoons, heaped salt
- 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- 2 tablespoon, leveled dill, dried
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- some mint, optional

- Drain the chickpeas and in the meantime cut the onion and tomatoes into half, thin rings. Clean the celery, remove the leaves and stems and cut the stalks into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the parsley and then mix all the ingredients together well.
- The salad is perfect for grilling or serving with a good dinner!
