Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 400 g chickpeas, (can) drain
- 2 tablespoon mint, fresh chopped
- 1 lemon (s), grate finely and squeeze out the juice
- 2 pinches cumin
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 tablespoon natural yogurt
- 3 clove (s) garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, milder
- salt
- pepper

- Boil and drain the pasta. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add the cold noodles and mix well, leave to stand for 30 minutes.
