Ingredients
- 300 g turkey meat, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
For the marinade:
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon curry powder, good quality
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 lemon (s), the juice from it (reserve a few squirts for the dressing)
- 1 medium onion (s), quartered, cut into fine slices
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, heaped harissa
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- some lemon juice, a few splashes it

- 1 large tomato (s), with insides, quartered, then sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
For the salad:
- 500 g pasta your choice (Farfalle, fork spahetti, Sedanini or similar)
- 2 bell peppers, peeled, quartered, cut into fine strips
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), pitted, quartered, cut into fine slices

- Mix the chopped meat with the cornstarch and leave to marinate with the ingredients for the marinade for about 1 hour. In the meantime, prepare the dressing for the salad dressing with the specified ingredients and let it steep.
- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and mix with the dressing and the chopped vegetables. Fry the marinated meat over high heat, stirring constantly, and arrange on the salad.
- Annotation:
- Without the marinated meat, the salad is also an ideal side dish for grilling, for example. You could also thread the meat on skewers or put the whole meat marinated on the grill and serve it separately with the salad.
