Oven Minced Beef Patties

Here are cutlets for dinner. And not simple, but very tasty … Yes with filling.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Minced beef – 500-600 g
  • White bread – 100 g
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Black pepper – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 0.5 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Semolina – 1 tbsp

For filling:

  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Green onion – 2-3 feathers

Directions

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled. Refrigerate and clean. Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl.
  2. Cooking minced beef patties in the oven. Soak white bread in milk.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Salt. Spice up. Add chicken egg, garlic, sour cream, soaked bread, and semolina. Mix the minced meat well.
  4. Make the filling. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
  5. Preheat a frying pan, add butter. Fry the onions, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (3-4 minutes) over medium heat.
  6. Cut the chicken eggs into cubes.
  7. Wash and chop the green onion.
  8. Mix eggs, fried onions, and greens in a bowl. Season with salt and stir. The filling is ready. Turn on and preheat the oven.
  9. Make cutlets. To do this, take a piece of minced meat, spread it with a pancake in the palm of your hand, pour a heap of filling with a spoon (1 teaspoon), slightly press the filling into the cutlet with the other hand and then roll the cutlet into a pie. So make all the cutlets.
  10. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Roll the cutlets in croutons. Put prepared cutlets on a baking sheet.
  11. Place a baking sheet with cutlets in the oven on the middle shelf.
  12. Bake minced beef patties at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  13. The minced beef patties are ready in the oven. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy your meal!
