- 600 g minced meat (minced meat), mixed
- 2 roll (s), soaked
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- Salt, finely chopped
- Pepper, finely chopped
- marjoram
- Breadcrumbs for molding
- 125 g butter, for fryin
