Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg pork ribs (peeled ribs)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 stalks thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the ribs, then place on a baking sheet. Brush with the olive oil. Pepper and salt on each side, then place the thyme sprigs between the ribs. Press on the garlic cloves and place on the baking sheet. Fry in a preheated oven at approx. 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Turn the ribs depending on the degree of browning and reduce the heat to 140 degrees. Let it steep for another 25 minutes. The ribs are ready when the meat separates from the bone.
  2. This goes well with potato wedges and a cold beer.
